To qualify and earn £100 cashback each for both parties, the Referee MUST:
1. Enter our website by clicking the Referrers unique link, so we can track the referral.
2. Register at The House Crowd within 28 days of clicking the link, OR by 11.59pm BST on Sunday 30th June 2019 (which ever date is earlier).
3. Invest a minimum of £3,000 by 11.59pm BST on Sunday 30th June 2019.
The Referee cannot already hold an account with The House Crowd. The Referee's registration with The House Crowd is subject to our eligibility criteria.
There is no upper limit to the amount of money the Referee can invest. Minimum investment in any one product is £1,000. Investments can be split across the following House Crowd products – Innovative Finance ISA, Auto-Invest, Peer to Peer Bridging Loans, Property Development Loans and Mezzainine Finance Deals (minimum investment for this product is £5,000). Investments in our 30 Day Access product do not count towards this offer.
Important information

Referrers can invite as many friends as they like.
Each referral will be treated as a new entrance during the reward period.
Referrers are entitled to a cashback reward of £100 for each friend referred who successfully registers and invests £3,000 during the offer period.

Referrers cannot introduce a spouse, or any family member living at the same address.

How cashback payments work
Referrers and Referees will receive £100 cashback on or before the 28th day of the calendar month after the qualifying investment(s) has been successfully made and interest accruing.
The cash amount rewarded to both the Referrer and Referee will be transferred into your chosen bank account. Rewards are not transferable and cannot be given in any other form.
Other promotions
“Referees” (new investors) who qualify for their £100 reward via this refer a friend offer WILL NOT be eligible to receive the £50 new investor reward currently being advertised.
The House Crowd works on a last-click basis - this means the most recent campaign you interacted with will be the campaign assigned to you. Any other House Crowd offer will be disregarded.
