Property Development Assistant
After gaining a degree at Sheffield University Adam worked in hospitality before heading off for a trip around South America. Upon his return he worked in pharmaceutical marketing and project management for three years before moving into a business development role for a restaurant company. This led to a decade of managing hospitality businesses, ranging from a renowned fine-dining restaurant to high profile bar, restaurant, brewery and event space. The nocturnal lifestyle eventually lost its appeal and Adam jumped at the opportunity to transfer his experience into a field in which he had always had an interest – property.
Adam is involved with the management of the ongoing development projects and the search for new development sites.

Olivia qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2000, having passed all her exams first time.

Olivia then moved to a role as a Commercial Finance manager for one of the clients she had worked for, whilst employed at KPMG. This role involved providing financial support to each of four trading teams and allowed her to see the factors faced from within a business rather than carrying out a review as an external body.
