Damian started his career in retail banking and later corporate banking, having built up a wealth of knowledge in both the regulatory markets and account management.
After leaving the financial services industry, Damian moved into real estate gaining over 10 years’ experience, ranging from residential estate agency through to property investment consultancy both in traditional UK buy-to-let and overseas property in Europe, South America and Australasia.

David heads up The House Crowd’s London office in One Canada Square, Canary Wharf. Having spent over ten years working with high net worth clients David felt there was an enormous opportunity for The House Crowd to work with bigger investors, family offices and institutional funds. David believes the growth in alternative finance will disrupt many of the traditional wealth management businesses as tech savvy investors can access market beating returns from Crowdfunding Platforms at the click of button, without unnecessary management fees.

Jake’s main interests throughout school were sport and maths (bead counting)!!
Having left school with satisfactory exam results he was offered a scholarship at Altrincham Football club (obviously counting empty seats). Jake then went straight in to work with a payroll company helping with the accounts and putting his bead and empty seat counting to good use. Jake was an early 2017 signing in the transfer window, joining The House Crowd as an accounts assistant.

Mike is a digital technologist with a wealth of experience across agency and client-side companies spanning many industries.
Used to wearing many hats in his role, Mike's experience started heading up the Data Science team of a large London-based agency, developing solutions for digital marketing data processing and reporting, then moving comfortably into product development. Mike is certified via the Chartered Management Institute in Management and Leadership.
Mike's role at The House Crowd involves developing internal and external web sites & applications to deliver the best experience to The House Crowd investors. He creates solutions for efficient in-house processes, data extraction and analysis for business planning, and using innovative technical architecture for a scalable and unique experience across all digital products.

Neil is a digital marketing professional with more than a decades’ experience in senior positions across multiple industries, both agency and client side.
A CRM specialist who loves turning data into action, Neil naturally gravitated into digital, becoming Head of Digital Marketing for sports betting brand totesport.com and helping the business achieve more than 200% revenue growth over a 4-year span. Preferring not to follow the gambling industry offshore he took his talents agency-side and (among other things) helped to build a strategic marketing agency partnership with Google and consulted on UEFA’s CRM strategy in the build-up to EURO 2016.
Neil is Google AdWords certified and a graduate of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. At weekends he runs a free taxi service for his two children and indulges his passion for sport, be it Wales rugby, Swansea City, the NFL or his son’s under 11’s football team.

Rehman aka Ray is a computer science graduate from Manchester Metropolitan University and is looking to further his career in the field of technology.
In this role as a Technology Analyst at The House Crowd, he works directly under the Chief Technology Officer to assist with various aspects of the company, with his main role being in handling the project issues and tracking deliverables. He also assists in testing new features and supporting clients. He is an avid gamer and has spent quite a bit on upgrading his PC with the latest tech.

Phil has a background in developing bespoke eLearning solutions and data analytics at the University of Manchester. His passion for code shines through, most notably when muttering at the screen whilst trying to solve some problem in the most elegant way he can find. Phil strives to help The House Crowd to present a great online experience to all and to help the whole team by developing in-house tooling which keep the gears of the business running smoothly.
